  导师简介:

  徐丹, 博士, 副研究员,硕士生导师

  2007年本科毕业于西北大学生命科学与技术基地班, 2010年西北大学获细胞生物学硕士,2015年在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所获细胞生物学博士。2015年福州大学生物科学与工程学院生命科学研究所助理研究员,2020福建医科大学神经科学研究院副研究员。在国内外主流学术杂志发表论文20篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)11篇。曾获得中国科学院地奥奖学金、益海嘉里优秀博士生奖、恒源英才奖等多个奖项;2019年获福州大学青年教师励志奖。目前作为遗传杂志审稿人、国家自然科学基金函评专家。

  主要研究方向

  主要从事神经发育疾病及其病理机制的研究。该实验室主要利用子宫内胚胎电转技术(IUE)研究新脑皮层发育过程中神经前体细胞的增殖、分化及神经院的迁移过程。同时利用时空特异性敲除策略分析基因敲除小鼠的生长发育过程及行为学特征来进一步研究神经发育疾病的病理机制。
