Therefore, we should take effective measures to, if not avert, mitigate such problems.
依我之见，汽车行业的繁荣造成城市里的汽车的总量大增，引起环境污染、交通拥堵等令人担忧的问题。所以，我们要采取有效措施，缓解乃至避免这些问题。
